Open CACHE File

A CACHE format and extension file stores recently used information and is formatted depending on a particular program which created it.

It is also used by web browsers to speed up the loading of pages already visited or which are frequently visited. It also used by image editing programs and other applications, with the same intention of speeding up processes and loading of recently viewed data.

CACHE files are, in short, auxiliary files that store different types of information from web browsers, RAM memory, CPU processor, and any device that requires repeated memory use.

CACHE files do not need to be opened or operated by the user, in general, their operation is transparent to the process and consequently to the user.

In some cases, the CACHE files can take up a lot of space, and can be deleted without affecting the functionality of the system.
