Open XEX File

A file in XEX format and XEX file extension is a video game or application developed for Microsoft's XBOX 360 game console.

This XEX format is designed to run on an XBOX 360 and cannot be opened on a PC under any other operating system.

There is no emulator available that works with these types of XEX files, and consequently with XBOX 360 games, unlike games for the original XBOX.

This being the case, the original XBOX games use the XBE file extension.

XEX files are also not compatible with the native XBOX.

To open and work with XEX files, you must have an original Microsoft XBOX 360 console.
