A VCM file is a type of file used to save mods created with Vice City Mod Manager.
Vice City Mod Manager is a program that allows you to create mods to be applied to the Grand Theft Auto video game, specifically to the Vice City game.
Mods created in a VCM can contain custom vehicles, special attachments, specific weapons and maps, as well as other information.
Vice City VCM files can be applied to GTAVC using LithJoe's Vice City Mod Manager.
