Open VCE File

VCE extension files have various uses, namely:

Visual CertExam Exam File

A VCE extension file, in this case, is an exam created with the Visual Cert Exam Suite.

This Suite includes both Visual CertExam Designer and Visual CertExam Manager, developed by Avanset.

The VCE file contains a list of questions and answer possibilities that can be compiled in a certification exam.

VCE files can be converted to PDF using an online conversion tool.

Yamaha Voice File

VCE files are a type of music file as they contain a voice or instrument used by Yamaha PSR keyboards, such as the PSR S910.

In this case, the VCE file contains sound configurations saved in the MIDI format that can include bass, metal, guitar, chorus, organ, piano, strings, and flute.

VCE files can be loaded with a compatible Yamaha keyboard using a USB connection or a memory card.

VCE files have become obsolete and are no longer used in the latest versions of Yamaha software, however most MIDI sequencers, such as Audacity and Cubase, still support the VCE file extension.
