Open TLB File
TLB files contain user interface data for programs that support and use Microsoft Object Linking and Embedding (OLE).
TLB files are generated by Visual Basic when an OLE or ActiveX server is created and the "Remote server support files" option is selected.
TLB files are often unsafe and susceptible to viruses and malicious software, such as the stdole3.tlb file, which may contain a Trojan virus and should not be opened.
Said file is saved in the Windows32 system folder and uses TLB files as its attack vector.
