Open TIF File
TIF files are generated by medical imaging software and contain information in medical instrument specific format. BIF format originated from Andor Technology. TIF file format is described on Ventana BIF page. BIF file format could be parsed by Bio-Formats Library.

OpenSlide is a C language library which can open and read TIF file. It also has support for SVS, BIF, VMS, VMU, NDPI, SCN, MRXS, TIFF and SVSLIDE file formats.
In order to open BIF file make sure that you have one of the above libraries/applications installed and double click on the BIF file to open.
