Open SONYVID File
SONYVID is not a file as such, it is a standardization created by SONY to define its own video formats.
Sony offers the respective software packages and plugins necessary to open these types of formats, for example the 'Sony Player Plug-in for Windows Media Player', which can play the compressed voice and video files recorded with the IC recorder of Sony in Windows Media Player.
When a video is recorded on an original Sony device, the video is stored in the SONYVID format, in the storage medium you have available for that purpose, whether it is universal or proprietary. The files may have an extension, also created by Sony, that makes them distinctive from other formats.
