Open PLSC File

The PLSC format and extension file was written, at the time, as a script for Messenger Plus! Live, a plug-in for Windows Live Messenger.

MSN Messenger or (rebranded) Windows Live Messenger, was a cross-platform instant-messaging client developed by Microsoft.

In this case, the PLSC added functionality to the Windows messaging program, which could allow Windows Live Messenger to interact with other programs, for example Yahoo Messenger, and finally, Facebook Messenger.

The PLSC scripts could be downloaded from the Messenger Plus! Website. Live.

It is important to note that, Windows Live Messenger was discontinued in 2013 and its main functionality have been moved to Skype.
