A BIZ extension and file format originated from a business card project created with one of Broderbund's card creation programs.
Broderbund Software is a manufacturer of video games, educational software, and productivity tools such as The Print Shop and Print Master.
The BIZ file can include text and images, and is typically built from a template, but it can also be created from a custom design.
BIZ files are also created with American Greetings CreateACard, which has been superseded by Broderbund Print Master.
