Open 3DSX File

A 3DSX extension file is a homebrew launcher file used by 3DS software exploits such as ninjhax, ironhax, or tubehax to run homebrew.

The 3DSX file contains executable code that is run to launch homebrew applications, which are unofficial software packages created by hobbyist developers for closed game systems.

In other words, on a 3DS, the homebrew allows you to customize the start menu and play old SNES games and out-of-region games.

The 3DSX format is designed to allow one homebrew to be launched when another is already running.

3DSX files are not intended for use on computers, as they are used on 3DS devices to run homebrew, however, you can put the 3DSX file on an SD card inserted into your Windows computer using File Explorer or on Mac using the Finder.

That said, the 3DSX file should not be opened manually on a computer, therefore there is no PC application to work with them.
